The Dunking Booth turns volunteers, teachers, coaches, bosses and other brave participants into part of the entertainment. Guests take turns throwing at the target and, when they hit it, the person on the seat drops into approximately 550 gallons of water.
Dunk tanks work especially well at events where participation, friendly competition and crowd interaction are part of the fun. They're also a natural fit for fundraisers, school events, community celebrations and company events.

How It Works
One participant sits on the dunk seat while guests take turns throwing the included balls at the target. Hit the target and the seat releases, dropping the participant into the water below.
Only one person uses the dunk seat at a time, while the remaining guests can rotate through as throwers. This makes the Dunking Booth particularly entertaining when teachers, coaches, managers or other familiar faces volunteer to take the seat.
Before You Book
- Water: The tank holds approximately 550 gallons. The customer must provide an available water source.
- Hose: A hose is required to fill the tank. Fun Times Party Rental can provide a hose for $10 if needed.
- Outdoor Only: The Dunking Booth is an outdoor water attraction and cannot be used indoors.
- Setup Surface: Suitable for grass, turf, concrete and asphalt. We do not set up on dirt or rocky terrain.
- Delivery Access: A minimum 6-foot-wide clear access path is required.
- Elevator Access: The trailer-mounted Dunking Booth can travel by elevator when the elevator and access route provide at least 6' of width, 9' of length and 5' of height. These are transport dimensions, not setup dimensions.
- Drainage: Fun Times Party Rental will drain the tank after the event.
Participation & Safety
- Guests of all ages may participate as throwers.
- The person being dunked must be at least 5 feet tall.
- Maximum weight for the person being dunked is 250 pounds.
- Only one person is allowed on the dunk seat or in the tank at a time.
- Non-swimmers should not use the dunk seat.
- An active adult operator/supervisor must remain with the Dunking Booth while it is in use.
- Use only the supplied soft throwing balls.
